Collaborations between academia and industry can yield very fruitful results. Dr. Seibert and his group at the University of Texas at Austin, have provided vital contributions to our business. Other researchers in academia can look to Dr. Seibert and his group as an example of how these relationships can be formed and maintained. This paper highlights some important criteria for collaborative success.
