(73d) Collaboration Leads to Successful Introduction of New Products

This presentation will show what collaborative efforts were needed for taking concepts to commercialization of five new molecules for two growing businesses. Team of chemists, chemical engineers, and plant operators worked very closely in geographically separated laboratories and pilot plants for rapid scale-up. Roles played by each of the functional areas will be summarized to show elements that contributed to success and also emphasize pitfalls to avoid.
