(115c) Building a New Change Management Culture

This presentation describes KBR's effort to build a new Change Management Culture and recognizes the Best Practices for Change Management. The Catch and Release Program is a targeted campaign to enhance awareness of change management process for project teams. The program has four main objectives: to promote a consistent global Change Management Process, to create a tool for the Project Leadership Team, to link to individual's performance appraisal, and to develop a Win-Win approach to Change Management.

The Presentation emphasizes the main message of Catch & Release and how the program is marketed. The presentation reviews the Change Management Best Practices and how they are the cornerstone to making the Change Management Process a functioning process on a project.
