As a responsible scientific company we recognized many years ago the need to openly share our expertise and ?intellectual property? to help grow diverse sectors of the market. However, this needed to be done on a global basis. With a need to reach out to tens of thousands of people around the world who have expressed interest in learning about all aspects of particle characterization, traditional methods of education were not a viable option.

As a result Malvern Instruments has been an ?early adopter? of web based communication tools enabling communication with customers on a global basis. Customers and prospective customers were looking for relevant application solutions and practical problem solving information. This customer education has provided Malvern with benefits on many levels.
