(134d) Huntsman Voc Fenceline Monitoring System

This paper will discuss the installation and operation of a Fenceline Monitoring system at an integrated Olefins Manufacturing facility in Jefferson County, Texas. This system was installed as a Supplemental Environmental Project in agreement with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. The two monitoring stations incorporate meteorological instruments along with the Gas Chromatographic analyzers which measure eight chemical compounds present in the ambient air at the site's property boundaries.
