Running an Impactful Mentorship Program

In this workshop, we will share the impacts of our own mentorship programs and discuss how other chapters can experience the same effects. We will highlight how this program strengthens both our members and our organizations as a whole, and share some of our tips for getting started and keeping interest, including advertising, group pairing, activity ideas, and motivation tactics.
