(411c) Baby Neural Operators

In the 2000 years the Equation-Free approach for multiscale simulations used system identification of local, small space-time patch microscopic simulations, to perform macroscopic modeling tasks. We revisit these algorithms using now small ("baby") local neural operator-based identification as the building block of macroscopic algorithms.
