(466i) An ABET Multipotentialite: Jeff’s Journey through ABET.

Jeff’s participation in ABET has involved a large number of roles including program evaluator, commissioner, AIChE society liaison to ABET, member of board of directors, and secretary (two terms). As the AIChE society liaison to ABET, Jeff also served as chair of the AIChE Education and Accreditation (E&A) Committee. Along with his many roles within ABET, Jeff’s near-decade journey in leading the AIChE E&A committee will be highlighted, with an emphasis on his leadership in navigating several challenges and opportunities that included the expansion of ABET visits to international locations and the need to enhance safety awareness in chemical engineering programs.
