Session: Mixing in Biotechnology, Food & Beverage, and Agriculture Sectors

This session will focus on the analysis of mixing processes in biotechnology, food and beverage, and agricultural industries. The mixing processes of interest include but are not limited to multiphase systems; non-Newtonian materials and semi-solids; emulsions, dispersions, and foams; mixing of dry solids.
