Session: Invited Talks: Sustainability in the Pharmaceutical Industry

The challenge of ensuring sustainability has led biopharmaceutical companies to quantify and attempt to reduce their environmental impact. Although various metrics and corresponding targets have been suggested, there has not been a clear harmonization of approaches throughout the industry. This session will feature invited industry speakers will discuss the state of sustainability across the biopharmaceutical industry and the challenges, adopted approaches, and future plans within their respective companies.
