Session: Bioprocess Engineering, Design, and Scale-up

This session will highlight recent progresses in bioprocessing technologies for food and functional bioproducts manufacturing. Papers dealing with developments based on new computational tools, novel devices or inspiring process design and optimization are to be presented in this session. Academic research and industrial development are favored and invited.
