Session: AIChE Inorganic Materials Graduate Student Award, Sponsored by Chevron

This session will honor graduate students whose research achievements demonstrate excellence in the area of inorganic materials. The session will award three candidates based on the nomination packet and conference oral presentation. Eligibility: the student must be working towards a PhD degree and not have completed the requirements of a PhD before the AIChE MESD abstract submission deadline. Nomination Package: i) nomination letter by the research advisor; ii) CV of the nominee; iii) the abstract; and iv) One 1st-author research publication (published or in press); do not submit review articles or research manuscripts that have been not published. The nomination package must be sent by the research advisor (a single PDF file) directly to aiche8dgradaward@gmail.com with the subject line "AIChE 08D award - student name" by the AIChE MESD abstract submission deadline. Abstracts must be submitted directly to a relevant Inorganic Materials (08D) session (not this session) by the abstract submission deadline. Students invited to present will have their abstracts transferred to the Graduate Student Award session.
