Session: 10D: Applied Math for Biological and Biomedical Systems

This session features abstracts pertaining to the application of mathematical modeling and analysis, numerical methods, and/or scientific computing to biological and biomedical systems such as those related to plants, microbes, metabolic systems, and/or bioreactor processes. Specific examples include, but are not limited to, the study of population dynamics, cellular signaling pathways, cancer growth and treatment, drug pharmacokinetics, and gene regulatory networks.
