(379l) Novel Technological Roadmap from Fossils to Clean and Cheap Fuels Manufactured Domestically and Distribute

Our Technological roadmap from fossil fuels to clean and cheap fuels, manufactured domestically and distribute.

Abstract

Novel technological roadmap from carbon fossil fuels to fuels and their different applications, can be domestically and distribute manufactured (oil, gas and greatly recycled graphite) from carbon fuels, and water vapor, and carbon dioxide, and can be used too to produce solar photovoltaic cells and free hydrogen, for energy supply of any designed schedule, the all being cheap and clean and practically abundant and inexhausted.

Background

Oil and gas and coals now reaching dangerous level to environment, but known by their attractive ratios: energy to volume, energy to weight, energy to cost, and energy to price, even if cartel exporters increase market ratios: prices to cost up to in order-of-magnitude. All those initiate folly and dreams about hydrogen or ammonium as global panacea, and "smart grids" for power supply, and about huge solar and wind electricity to be integrated in national grids. All those problems can be solved by our novel technological roadmap from fossil fuels to clean and cheap fuels manufactured domestically and distribute for distributed consumers.

Claims

Claim 1. Fischer-Tropsch process (Germany, a middle of 1920-th) to produce motor's fuels from carbon based fuels (e.g. coals, lignite or others ones) and the water vapor, C(s) + H2O(g) = CO + H2, named by "syngas", to produce the oil, CO + 2H2 = CH2 + H2O, is combined with Boudouard reaction (France, 1905) converting carbon monoxide into carbon dioxide + graphite, CO = 0.5 × (CO2 + C) at quite mild conditions, and totally balanced in 1.5 C + H2O = CH2 + 0.5 CO2, manufacturing the oil, is named by me as Judbarovski process (Israel, 2023), while carbon based fuels combustion provide heat energy, and here CH2 is abbreviation of the oil.

Claim 2. The oil manufactured by Claim 1 is decomposed thermally into hydrogen and more clean carbon (graphite) to recycle the dirty C (carbon) of Judbarovski process of Claim 1 and greatly cheapening it, simultaneously to eliminate new sites exploration, heavy mining, and long transportation for delivery, and to produce absolute free hydrogen, because expenses of it are relayed painlessly to the said graphite.

Claim 3. Carbon dioxide as a byproduct of Judbarovski process and free hydrogen produced correspondently to Claim 2 are raw materials for gas manufacturing by Sabatier process - CO2 + 4 H2 = CH4 + 2 H2O.

Claim 4, is the Claim 3, herein CO2 can be extracted from the air, when CO2 diffuses from the air and then diffused much more slowly through the water surface of water pond/ponds, and reacting with CaOH solution creating CaCO3' sediment on the said pond/ponds bottom and extracted for thermal decomposition in CO2 and in CaO, going to be desolved in the water and return back in the said pond/ponds.

Claim 5. Oil and gas of Clam 1 and Claim 3 and hydrogen and carbon (graphite) of Claim 2 can be green and abundant and inexhausted very attractive raw material for chemistry. For example, ammonia produced by classical Haber-Bosh process.

Claim 6. Clean and cheap carbon of Claim 2 is used to produce solar photovoltaic cells.

Claim 7. Cheap and clean, and practically abundant and inexhausted fuels manufactured following to Claim 1, Claim 2, Claim 3, Claim 4 separately or in their different combinations can be used to support and help renewables as heat as electricity to satisfy any designed schedule of energy supply being distributed for distributed consumers, to satisfy if war times and terrorist attack or so.
