(147f) Study on Evolution of Wet Agglomerates and Dispersion of Wet Particles in Gas-Solid Fluidized Bed

The process of fluidized bed with liquid spray and the direct connection process of a loop reactor and a fluidized bed are two original processes developed by Zhejiang University in cooperation with Sinopec Tianjin Petrochemical Corporation for the production of high-end polyethylene products. This paper carries out the research on the agglomeration evolution and dispersion characteristics of wet particles in the fluidized bed. In this paper, the gas-solid fluidized bed with liquid spray / slurry spray corresponding to the processes is taken as the research object. By means of cold-model experiment, mathematical modeling and hydrodynamic simulation, this paper explores the dynamic evolution mode and law of wet agglomerates, the dispersion characteristics of slurry particles and the assignment relationship of slurry particles in different zones of the fluidized bed.
