- (269a) Interpretation of Impedimetric Signals of Biosensors
My group has been actively working with electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) to interpret the different dynamic surface states without an electrochemical mediator. We have been relying on interpreting the capacitive and the out-of-phase oscillating current response in the EIS signal. Within this talk we will provide a fundamental review of EIS, how It can be used to look at different surface states, and the current interpretation of our surfaces.
