(361c) Lessons from the Renewal of a Corporate Technology Organization

Technology organizations in the chemical industry and affiliate industries will continue to evolve and require renewal over the next decade, challenging technology leaders to adapt and develop effective hiring, retention and career development strategies for their engineers and scientists. This talk will share learnings and recommendations from my experiences gained through the creation of The Chemours Company as a spin-off chemical company, with a focus on maintaining core competencies and renewing a global engineering organization.
