Accurate evaluation of production capacity is an important guarantee for efficient development of condensate gas reservoir. For the deep condensate gas reservoir with low permeability and low pressure difference between the initial formation pressure and the dew point, the influence of reservoir stress sensitivity and condensate oil on the production capacity of the gas reservoir cannot be ignored. Nevertheless, at present, the widely used method to calculate the gas reservoir production capacity is based on single-phase gas, without considering the influence of condensate oil and stress sensitivity on reservoir permeability. On the basis of researching a large number of literatures, combined with laboratory experiments and numerical simulation, the production capacity evaluation model of condensate gas reservoir under the comprehensive influence of stress sensitivity and condensate oil is derived by using the seepage flow mechanics theory, and the research results are applied to the Bohai Z gas reservoir. The results show that the production capacity evaluation model can more accurately reflect the production status of this kind of gas reservoir in different development stages, and can be widely used in the productivity evaluation of similar condensate gas reservoir.
