Session: Workshop on Utilizing Leadership Advisory Boards (aka Master Minding)

Engineering managers are often isolated in roles where performance is measured by budgets&schedules. Growth is imperative but technical people are frequently expected to achieve goals without leadership training. Engineering leaders accelerate their careers through leadership advisory boards, (master minding).These groups gather similar professionals to brainstorm, collaborate, and support one another. Setting and achieving stretch goals as well as giving and receiving help is the key to success.In this session, we'll practice master minding. We also provide background in applying five leadership mindsets to help one achieve better performance. To accelerate your career as a leader this workshop is for you!
