2019 AIChE Annual Meeting

Session: The Science of Catalyst Synthesis and Processing

Traditional heterogeneous catalysts consist of materials with nano-sized features developed predominantly by trial-and-error methods. Current methods in nanoscience can yield substantially more efficient catalyst development for existing and new applications. This session invites theoretical and experimental reports of designing and synthesizing novel catalytic materials. This session encompasses synthesis and processing oriented sessions that the CRE division has historically offered.
