Session: Protein Science and Engineering: Advances on Engineering the Physiochemical Properties of Proteins

Proteins possess an astonishing array of functions that make them suitable in applications ranging from catalysis and biomaterials to numerous therapeutic settings. For many of these applications, proteins must be engineered to exhibit physiochemical properties that enable proteins to function under demanding conditions. This session will explore numerous strategies for understanding and engineering physiochemical protein properties using both computational and experimental approaches.
