(300d) Background and Discussion about Retaining Women Engineers in Industry

Bill serves as Director – Engineering Technology for the Chemours Company. He is accountable for leading the company’s efforts to transform and renew the leveraged engineering competencies in support of Manufacturing Operations, large Capital Growth Projects, Sustainability and Process Safety.

Bill has over 30 years of experience with DuPont and Chemours in R&D, Engineering and Manufacturing technology management, as a well having assignments in corporate risk management and trade secret protection.

Bill graduated with a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University and received his M.S.C.E.P. and Ph.D. degrees in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
