Session: Tools for Product Design

Designing new products is essential for the prosperity of the chemical industry. But how are these chemical products designed? How can they be designed better? We are interested in papers discussing computational, experimental or methodological tools that can help design new products. Topics of interest include measurement, correlation, and modeling of properties of pure compounds and mixtures, molecular simulations, techniques for materials characterization, and methods used in the design and development of specialized chemical products. Papers on tools and techniques used for teaching chemical product design are also welcome.
