(91b) Pablo Debenedetti: Recollections from the Past 36 Years

In this talk, I would like to provide some personal reminiscences related to scientific, professional, and personal interactions I had with Pablo Debenedetti since we first met as graduate students at MIT. I will highlight how his work has evolved over this time and the deep impact he had on a number of different fields in which I had the opportunity to work with him: supercritical fluids, metastability, liquids and glasses, advanced sampling algorithms, proteins in solution, molten metals, the liquid-liquid phase transition in supercooled water, and nucleation of salts from aqueous solution.
