(385f) Overview of Project Planning

Effective, excellent project planning is one of the vital three keys to successful project management, the other two vital keys being the importance of people and the importance of excellence in defining the project objectives. When we say planning we are including re-planning as well. Re-planning is just a word we use to indicate the fact that the nature of planning should be ongoing continually throughout the life of the project. This presentation will discuss some of the basics in project planning.
