(160e) Catalysis Researchers Caused Climate Change: What Can We Do to Reverse It?

In this lecture, I will discuss the root causes of climate change, suggest that climate change can be linked to new discoveries made by chemists and chemical engineers in the early twentieth century, and paint a vision for how chemical engineers can develop technologies that can mitigate or even reverse climate change.
