2017 Annual Meeting

Session: Nanobiotechnology for Sensors and Imaging I

This session seeks contributions pertaining to the development of nanotechnology and nanobiotechnology for application to chemical, biological and other types of sensors and imaging agents. Papers addressing issues such as biocompatibility, toxicity, uptake and targeting in utilizing nanomaterials in sensor and imaging applications in vivo and in vitro are suitable. Papers involving experimental, theoretical and computational work on nanoscale science and engineering for sensors and imaging are welcome. Bionanotechnology Graduate students: By applying to this session you may be eligible for the 22b Bionanotechnology Graduate Student Award Session (22B09) established to honor students whose research achievements in bionanotechnology demonstrates a high level of excellence. See session 22B09 for more details.
