2017 Annual Meeting

Session: Functional Nanoparticles

This session is focused on a broad range of nanoparticles having functional properties and applications. Such properties would include, but are not limited to, optical (photo), thermal, mechanical, and magnetic properties, with applications in, for example, drug delivery, sensors, energy conversion and storage, and environmental processes. The session will also accept papers focused on nanoparticle assemblies with useful functions, including aggregates (e.g., for plasmonic enhancement), self-assemblies (superlattices), and nanoparticle fluids (aerosols and colloids).
