2017 Annual Meeting

Session: Engineering in Cancer Biology and Therapy I

This session will cover a broad spectrum of approaches engineers have developed to understand and treat cancer. Abstracts could include include studies on fundamental biological processes involved in the development of cancer and in diagnosis or therapy of cancer. Experimental systems and computational approaches can range from microorganisms to mammalian cells to multi-cellular organisms (Drosophila and worms) and animal models, with a focus on the intersection between engineering and cancer.
