Session: Important Issues in Professional Development Including the Management Division's Award Recipient Presentation (Invited Talks)

This session explores engineering career development issues through presentations from professionals with a variety of backgrounds and perspectives. Issues to be discussed may include the importance of licensing, engineering ethics, technical vs. management ladders, the balancing of careers and personal lives, family issues, cultural impacts of working abroad, and the value of an MBA.In addition the Management Division's 2016 Award Recipient will receive the award and make a presentation.
