Session: Flow Assurance and Asset Integrity

Issues and Failures in Asset Integrity result in billions of dollar in cost, losses and deferred production in the Oil and Gas Industry. Flow related phenomena such as erosion, corrosion, brittle fracture, mechanical and thermal fatigue loading are most common failure mechanisms that are prevalent across the upstream and downstream operations. Debottlenecking production and optimizing production through chemical mitigation and remediation strategies, flow/flow regime optimization, diagnostics, inspection and maintenance strategies ensure continued operation of fields (upstream) and downstream assets. Application of these technologies are even more critical now, as the industry is faced with a challenge to reduce capital and operating expenditures.
