How do we change to make tomorrow’s workplace welcoming to a diverse, inclusive, gender-empowered one?  Attracting and nurturing talent is essential to the success of a team and to the ultimate success of a company.  How do leaders in industry find, attract and develop talented contributors? Are we doing enough to attract smart, ambitious, energized, new employees? Is there a risk to the status quo if we explicitly make the effort to recruit, hire and develop a truly diverse workforce? We will pose these questions and discuss them.
