In this introductory presentation, we will discuss several important concepts which will be helpful throughout the rest of the tutorial. First, we discuss the very important concept of principles. Then, we will seek to understand what we really mean when we say we have a projectâ??in other words, â??What is a project?â? Finally, we will introduce the most important keys to successful project management, which will really be the foundation for much of the rest of the session
