Session: Poster Session: Sustainable Food Production

Poster submissions are welcomed in areas related to any of the above technical areas, and, in addition: Food safety, food borne disease, and over-use of antibiotics; Local production, organic farming, and urban gardens; and functional foods, pro-biotics, and pre-biotics.
