(297c) Innovation with Asian Teams: Overcoming Stereotypes and Cultural Gaps

Innovation with Asian teams can be extremely successful, but often poses problems for Western companies that lack an understanding of the cultural and language barriers that can get in the way. Managing innovation across borders with Asian partners can be most effective when Western managers or team members have been properly prepared. Here we share experiences from our innovation work with Asian teams with an emphasis on recommendations for effective innovation in China and India.
