- (689e) Dynamic Measurements of Transcription Factors in Response to Cytokine and Fatty Acid Stimulation
Here, we present parallel, temporal TF levels measurements in different cell types with multiple stimuli by using our previously developed parallel TF measurement assay. Short-term dynamic changes in the levels of nuclear factor kappa-light-chain-enhancer of activated B cells (NF-kB), Signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (Stat3), cAMP response element-binding protein (CREB), glucocorticoid receptor (GR), and TATA binding protein (TBP), in breast cancer cells and HepG2 cells after TNF-a and palmitic acid exposure were analyzed. Our results illuminate kinetics of TF levels in response to cytokine and fatty acid exposure, also it demonstrates the utility of parallel TF measurement approaches in the analysis of biological phenomena.
