(447g) A Kind of Cane Sugar Production System

Abstract: This paper presents a cane sugar production system, the production system including the purification, decolorization, evaporation, boiling sugar, centrfugal separation and drying of five processes; said system device including mixed juice cans, static mixers, heaters, rapid sedimentation tank, dosing tank, filter, falling film evaporator, condenser, decolorizing column, cane sugar crystallization cans, syrup cans, help crystal box, sugar centrifugal, conveyors, dryers, molasses tank,transfer pumps, metering pumps. In this paper, cane sugar production system, the abolition of the original sulfitation processes in the design of sugar production system and carbon dioxide full filling processes,the system that uses a new process and the introduction of new industrial equipment, can be used as in new technology platform for scientific research, or production of raw sugar, white sugar, refined sugar from sugar cane used as a industrial production lines.
