In this study, we use lamellar graphite to prepare GO, and then integrate the large GO sheets into macroscopic fibers by wet-spinning method. We use amines alcohol solution as a new kind coagulation liquid. In the process, meters-long graphene fibers were continuously spun from GO suspensions followed by thermal reduction. By varying wet-spinning conditions, a series of graphene fibers were prepared, then, the performances of the fibers were investigated, through all of these works we find the optimal conditions to fabricating high mechanical strength graphene fibers. The as-prepared graphene fibers’s mechanical strength mechanical strength can be achieved 200 MPa, and they possessed with good flexibility, the electronic conductivity reached 38 S/cm.
