Session: Nanomanufacturing & Nanofabrication

This nanomanufacturing session will focus on engineering science aspects of chemical synthesis of materials nanostructures and nanofabrication of devices. For example, the applications of chemical engineering or materials engineering principles to the fabrication of nanodivices, the large-dimension nanomanufcturing, or large-scale nanomaterials production processes are highlighted.
