2013 AIChE Annual Meeting

Session: Nanoelectronic Materials

The promise of nanoelectronic materials largely stems from the ability to engineer their properties via control of their dimensionality. While simple nanoscale objects, including nanocrystals and nanowires, are possible for myriad materials, new synthetic techniques are offering additional levels of complexity and function. This session seeks submissions pertaining to the synthesis, fabrication, characterization and application of all nanoelectronic materials. Experimental and theoretical contributions are both welcome.
