Fast pyrolysis of wood power was performed and the pyrolysis mechanism was researched. The condensable and noncondensable pyrolytic gases were analyzed with on-line pyrolysis-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (PY-GC/MS) and Agilent GC6890N, the solid produces were analyzed with elemental analyzer. It was investigated that the effect of pyrolysis temperature, resident time and catalysts on the pyrolysis components, and the directional controlling measures for the produces distribution were achieved.
