Although the study of particle technology is not commonly required in most undergraduate chemical engineering curricula, it has major impact on traditional technologies within the petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries, as well as newer technologies involving nanostructured materials and renewable energy systems. In this presentation, perspectives and best practices on teaching this course as an elective will be provided by instructors from multiple institutions.
