  Abstract

 The key characteristics that deem the Lanthanides to be called Rare Earths focus on their inherent difficulty and challenges in beneficiation, separation and reduction. 

This presentation will address the fundamentals behind these processing challenges along with the existing and potential technologies available to remediate them.
