(109e) Invited Speaker: Combinatorial Development of Nucleic Acid Delivery Materials

The combinatorial development of small molecules has revolutionized drug discovery.  Here we describe our work developing lipid-like and polymeric materials for nanoformulation of nucleic acid payloads.  These materials have demonstrated efficacy in a range of tissues and animal models including non human primates.  We will describe our efforts to develop new materials with improved clinical potential for a range of therapeutic and biological applications
