Session: Transportation and Logistics

Efficient transportation and logistics related to the chemical process industries has become a crucial component in the operations of a modern day enterprise. Papers are invited in the area of transportation and logistics that address the developments in state-of-the-art solutions, elaborate on the challenges faced by the industry, and discuss future directions in this field. Areas of interest include (but are not limited to) transportation routing, planning and scheduling among different modes (rail, truck, maritime, etc.), as well as strategic analysis, fleet sizing, etc. with respect to the transportation, delivery or distribution of raw materials and products.
