2010 Annual Meeting
Session: Advances in Food and Bioprocess Engineering
This session will accept papers from both academia and industry addressing emerging issues and recent advances in food and bioprocess engineering. Topics related to novel technologies, such as biotechnology and nanotechnology, applied to food and beverage manufacturing and improving their qualities and safety are particularly welcome. Engineering approach to address the sustainability of agriculture and food processing integrated with novel technologies that add values to the food industry is also of high interest to this session.
