(247e) Steal This Course: Chemical Engineering Thermodynamics

New instructors can find a teaching assignment in Thermodynamics daunting, even at the undergraduate level. In this talk, we will share notes, quizzes, and two projects for a one semester undergraduate Thermodynamics course using Elliott and Lira as the text. The course is supplemented by "inquiry based activities" that help improve conceptual understanding in some of the trickiest areas.
