(171c) Choosing the Right Team to Innovate

Once focus areas and ideas are selected for an innovation efort, the people who will actually work on an innovation team are chosen. Frequently this is done through a "who's available" and "who knows the most" approach with little regard for personality styles and potential conflicts that can decrease the efficiency of the innovation effort. This portion of the workshop will foucs on tools and assessments that are available to assist teams in improving their innovation efficiency.
