- (95f) Control of Lateral Interactions of Surface-Immobilized Antibodies Via Substrate NANO-Patterning
To investigate the effect of the topography of nano-patterned surface on Ab immobilization and their lateral interaction, nano-porous substrates were prepared by electrochemical anodization of aluminum. The effect of dimension of nano-porous structure on the amount of immobilized Ab was investigated by measuring the fluorescence intensity of FITC-Ab immobilized immunosensor based on nano-porous substrate. Effect of the nano-patterns on the sensitivity of biosensor was tested for detection of Staphylococcus enterotoxin B in complex matrix. Our data show an improved sensitivity and selectivity of developed nanosensor.
