The products of the chemical engineering profession touch all aspects of the global economy. This bodes well for the sustainability of the profession. The onus is for us as chemical engineers to embrace this challenge and strive to continually hone our profession and our activities to effectively find solutions to address the myriad of human needs for survival and prosperity.
